We raise capital for post seed (including promoter led investments) and pre series A stage companies or small divisions of large companies. Our team of associates comprises independent and renowned pan India and international professionals who bring to the table their expertise and relationships from across North America, the Middle East, Singapore and India with a collective experience of over a 200 years. We typically deal directly with promoters and founders keeping their interests at the core of our deals. Our focus is deal sizes between USD 1 million to USD 30 million.

Our corporate advisory practice has built a bank of financial sector relationships while simultaneously building its market reach to offer the MSME sector end to end capital raise solutions from profiling of potential investors or lenders to complete transaction management including, negotiations and closure of commercial agreements. We also structure and support closures with legal, tax, regulatory and accounting expertise if required and provide a host of non fund based banking services such as factoring, international trade services and stressed business funding. We also assist, wherever required, to take MSMEs to market efficiently by leveraging our wide network of field relationships.

We prioritise transparency, fairness, relationships and the interest of the client, even if there's nothing to be had for us commercially. To stick to our ethos, we:

• Focus on small and mid-sized deal sizes in largely brick and mortar businesses.
• Operate on a bespoke success fee structure supported by a nominal fixed fee to cover expenses.
• Follow a time bound approach to deliver on the mandate.
• Reject excess and embed ourselves in the client's operations to offer strategies and solutions that are practical and deliver real impact. We follow a micro-engagement management approach from start to finish.
